Goldman Sachs engineer: new-grad friendly, but fierce competition at VP level

2026-06-09T00:00:00+00:00

Friendly to new graduates, with good learning and nice people, but very fierce VP-level competition and opaque ranking and bonuses that seem to hinge on the MD's opinion.
