Content Submission Guidelines

These Guidelines explain what you may and may not submit to TrueInterview. They supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By submitting content, or using AI resume rewriting, auto-fill application, or auto-submit job-application tools, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension or termination.

TrueInterview provides a platform for users to practice and prepare for interviews by sharing and accessing original, user-generated content. We do not claim to possess, and we do not permit the submission of, any company’s actual, current, or confidential interview questions.

• Your own original recollections of your interview experiences, written in your own words. When submitting such recollections, you must disclose: (a) the company at which you interviewed; (b) the approximate date of the interview (month and year); and (c) the position for which you applied.
• Original analysis and practice problems that you create based on widely known, publicly available problem types or algorithmic concepts (e.g., “reversing a linked list,” “two-pointer techniques”). The specific wording, structure, and expression of your analysis must be your own.
• Original write-ups, explanations, and tips that reflect your own understanding and expression.
• Personal, non-confidential, self-authored resume text, employment history, education background, and self-created skill descriptions owned solely by you, for the sole purpose of using our AI resume-editing tools.
• Publicly available, non-confidential job descriptions published openly on employer public career pages, without proprietary internal interview prompts, confidential salary bands, or restricted internal hiring criteria.

Ideas, facts, and general algorithmic concepts are not protected by copyright and may be discussed freely, as long as you express them in your own words and do not replicate the specific expression of any third-party source.

• Verbatim, near-verbatim, or paraphrased copies that substantially preserve the original expression of any third-party material. Do not paste problem statements, solutions, figures, or text from platforms such as LeetCode, NowCoder, HackerRank, or any other source.
• Copyrighted expression owned by others, including the specific wording of a problem, original diagrams, or the analytical structure of someone else’s solution.
• Confidential or NDA-covered material. Do not submit any company’s non-public, proprietary, or confidential interview questions, or anything you learned under a non-disclosure agreement, confidentiality obligation, or employment duty.
• Any employer’s confidential job descriptions, internal hiring-screening criteria, restricted interview rubrics, or proprietary ATS application-field language protected by copyright or trade-secret law.
• Third-party copyrighted resume templates, pre-written cover-letter samples, or career-coaching text you do not own full copyright rights to upload for AI rewriting.
• Content containing false, misleading, or fabricated employment, education, or credential information that you intend to use within auto-filled applications or AI-modified resumes.
• Content that impersonates a company or falsely claims to provide a company’s official or current real questions, or that is submitted primarily for commercial advantage rather than educational and preparatory purposes.
• Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or privacy-invasive content, or content that infringes any third party’s rights (including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, publicity, and privacy rights).

When you submit content, you confirm that:

1. You wrote it yourself, in your own words, and it is your original work;
2. You did not copy it verbatim or near-verbatim from any third party;
3. You are not breaching any NDA, confidentiality obligation, or duty owed to any person or company;
4. It does not disclose any company’s trade secrets or non-public proprietary interview material;
5. You have not received any compensation or other consideration from any third party for the creation or submission of this content;
6. You understand that any false representation may subject you to legal liability, including claims for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and fraudulent misrepresentation;
7. You own, or have all permissions and legal authority necessary to upload and process, all resume, cover-letter, and job-description files you submit, and grant TrueCode Technologies Inc a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, temporary license solely to process, store, and generate AI-modified outputs for your personal job-search use only; no license is granted to train proprietary AI models on your uploaded content without separate written consent;
8. You acknowledge sole responsibility to manually review, fact-check, edit, and correct all AI-generated resume text and auto-filled application fields prior to any submission to employers;
9. You warrant that use of the automatic one-click application-submission feature will not violate the terms of service, anti-scraping rules, or robot restrictions of any third-party employer portal or job board, and you shall indemnify TrueCode Technologies Inc for all penalties, account bans, or legal claims arising from unauthorized automated bulk applications.

You may mention a company’s name to describe where and when you interviewed (e.g., “I interviewed at [Company] in [Month Year] for the [Position] role”). This is descriptive, nominative fair use only. You may also input company names within the AI resume tool and auto-application feature solely to match your personal job search.

You may not:

• Use a company’s name or logo in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or that you are providing that company’s official materials;
• Use a company’s name in a title, heading, or metadata in a manner that suggests the content is authorized by or associated with that company;
• Submit content that consists predominantly of questions from a single company’s interview process.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to review, screen, remove, modify, or disable access to any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. We may terminate or suspend your account, including for repeat violations, without prior notice.

Copyright-infringement notices are handled through our DMCA Policy. Upon receipt of a complete, valid DMCA notice, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and we maintain a repeat-infringer policy consistent with the statutory safe-harbor requirements.

These Guidelines and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
