Wayfair co-op: good $35 hourly pay, but layoffs at least once a year

2026-06-04T00:00:00+00:00

Good pay for a co-op at $35 an hour and a generally not-bad culture, but layoffs were common, at least once a year, which would not feel great for a full-time employee.
