Optiver Austin: smart people, fast pace, flat structure, hard-core HFT team

2026-01-23T00:00:00+00:00

Very smart people, fast shipping, flat structure and highly technical leadership; the HFT team is a bit hard-core, and the Austin office is a bit quieter.
