Constraints & Assumptions
Draw from an actual case and separate your own effort from what the group did. This document is the question, not a sample response; fictional anecdotes are used in the solution.
Clarifying Questions
How did you discover the issue? Which customers were impacted? How did you confirm it was important and decide on a solution? What outcome did the customer experience?
What a Strong Answer Covers
Direct customer data, a clear articulation of the problem, how it was prioritized, a targeted fix, and proof that the experience improved.
Follow-up Questions
How did you ensure you weren't generalizing from a single complaint? What other solutions were on the table? How did you verify the fix truly helped and didn't just shift the pain?
Overview: Describe a customer-driven action using concrete proof, a verified pain point, a specific intervention, and evidence that the customer's situation got better.
