Write SQL for hashtag source and safety rates

Two tables record social-media hashtag follow activity. following_behavior stores one row per follow action, and hashtag stores a safety label for each tag. For both tasks, start by removing exact duplicates. Rows are duplicates when date, user_id, hashtag_id, and source are all identical. Only one copy of each distinct combination is counted.
