Repeated Payments

We have a transactions table that records every payment event. Column Name Type transaction_id integer merchant_id integer credit_card_id integer amount integer transaction_timestamp datetime transaction_id is the primary key for this table. A payment is considered a repeat when the same merchant processes the same credit card for the same amount and the timestamps of those two transactions are 10 minutes apart or less.
