Present a Project With Correctness Guarantees

Prepare a one- or two-slide presentation about a system or product that you personally built, owned, or meaningfully improved. During the interview, walk through:
- the underlying business problem and why it was important,
- your role and the boundaries of your responsibility,
- the system architecture and the main trade-offs,
- the hardest technical challenge you faced,
- the result and its measurable impact.
Expect detailed follow-up questions about correctness. In particular, be ready to explain how your design handled retries, duplicate requests, partial failures, and idempotency. Also describe how you validated the design and how you became confident it behaved correctly in production.
Overview: The question tests system design, reliability engineering, and ownership because candidates must explain correctness guarantees: how retries are handled, duplicate requests are managed, partial failures are mitigated, idempotency is ensured, and production behavior is validated.
