Requirements Input: an integer array ranks containing player rankings; its size is guaranteed to be a power of two (1, 2, 4, 8, and so on). During a round, match neighboring entries: (ranks[0], ranks[1]), (ranks[2], ranks[3]), and continuing in that pattern. The player with the greater rank wins.
