Requirements

Design a representation of patient temperature measurements that can later be used to reason about fever progression.
Begin with a deliberately small specification, then adapt the design as the interviewer introduces new needs:
- Each measurement includes a numeric temperature, a Celsius or Fahrenheit unit, and a collection method: oral, axillary, rectal, tympanic, or forehead.
- Fever cutoffs vary by collection method; for instance, axillary and rectal measurements do not share the same threshold.
- Readings expressed in different units must be convertible before they are compared.
