Implement a single-screen mobile application in Xcode that displays a table view populated with fifty timer rows.
Each row behaves as an independent timer. While a cell is on screen, its timer should increment every 0.1 seconds. When the user taps a cell, that cell’s timer should pause or stop. As soon as a cell scrolls out of view, its timer must stop. When the same cell scrolls back into view, its timer should become active again.
In one variation of this task, a pull-down gesture starts a brand-new timer and stops the previously running timer. Tapping a row in this variation stops that specific row’s timer.
If time allows, improve the implementation for better performance or reliability.
Additional detail: Every cell contains a red dot.
