Talk about an AI-agent project you have worked on. If you have not built one, say so directly; any practice scenario must be clearly labeled as fictional.
Part 1 — How the agent was built
What did the agent do, and how did you construct it?
What to cover in this part
- The user need, the agent's inputs and tools, and the primary request path.
- The parts you personally implemented, key design decisions, and how you verified the system worked.
Part 2 — How many people used it
How many users did the project reach?
What to cover in this part
- A real adoption number and a precise definition of a user and the measurement window, when those details are known.
- The difference between invited users, active users, sessions, and demonstrated value.
Part 3 — Collaboration across departments
Which departments did you collaborate with, and what did each one contribute?
What to cover in this part
- Specific decisions or work shared with each relevant department.
- Your part in resolving a dependency or disagreement.
What a strong answer covers
- A connected story linking architecture, actual usage, and cross-department collaboration.
- A clear boundary between your own work and team work, and between observed results and estimates.
Follow-up questions
- How did you determine whether the agent's answers were useful and grounded in the available information?
- What limitation did user feedback uncover?
Overview: Describe an AI-agent project through its architecture, defined user-adoption metrics, and departmental collaboration, using a clearly fictional example.
