File Profiler

Create a program that reports basic statistics for a supplied file. Its capabilities must include:

def file_stats(file_path: str, target: str) -> dict:

1. Determine how many lines the file contains.
2. Determine the file's overall word count.
3. Find the number of times a user-selected word appears.
4. Measure the file length in bytes.

The program should return:

• Number of lines
• Number of words
• Count of the requested word
• File size in bytes

Include appropriate test cases, including an empty file, a file containing a single word, and a very large file. For the very large file test, use a file containing 1,000,000 lines, each consisting of cloud.

Example

Input: blank.log containing '', with target word cloud
Output:

• Total lines: 0
• Total words: 0
• Occurrences of cloud: 0
• File size: 0 bytes

Explanation: Because the file has no contents, it has no lines or words, cannot contain the requested word, and occupies zero bytes.
