Given a signed 32-bit integer num, compute its hexadecimal form and return it as a string. The output must meet these rules: Hex digits a through f are lowercase. Suppress leading zeros. The one exception is num == 0, which must produce "0". When num is negative, convert the unsigned 32-bit value from its two's complement encoding. Do not include a 0x prefix.
