Ratings in the First and Third Active Months

You are given a rides table where each row records one trip. The columns are ride_id, user_id, city, ride_date, and rating. A user is considered active in a calendar month if they completed at least one ride during that month, regardless of which city it was in. For a given user, list their active months in chronological order.
